Zaihua Wang is a professor at the State Key Laboratory of Mechanics and Control, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA). He received his Ph. D. in General and Fundamental Mechanics (Dynamics and Control) from NUAA in 2000, with an Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of China in 2004. He is the recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars of China in 2008. His research interest includes stability and nonlinear dynamics of time-delay systems, fractional calculus and its applications. He is the co-author of 《Dynamics of Controlled Mechanical Systems with Delayed Feedback》 published by Springer in 2002. He was/is an Associate Editor of "International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos" (2012-2017), "Meccanica" (2005-), "ASME Journal of Computational and Nonlinear Dynamics" (2017-2023), the Chairman of IUTAM Symposium on Nonlinear and Delayed Dynamics of Mechatronic Systems (2016, Nanjing, China).
