Dr. Cristina Muresan is a Professor in the Department of Automation at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania since 2016. She has earned her BS and MS degrees in Systems Engineering in 2007 and 2009, followed by a PhD in 2011 at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. She teaches Control Engineering at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and has been an invited lecturer at Ghent University, Belgium and Cambridge University, UK. Her main research interests lie in fractional calculus in modeling and control, including biomedical applications.
